I just received my Stetson Open Road Royal Deluxe hat in Natural color (order 773310). I couldn’t be more pleased with the hat - it’s perfect. The workmanship is flawless and the color is exactly what I hoped it would be. Thank you so much for your very rapid service (ordered 10/16 received 10/21) and for including the hat spacers/reducing tape. Adding these resulted in a perfect fit.
