DelMonico Hatter is the source of exquisite satin top hats used by fraternal, theatrical, and formal organizations. Long Wharf Theater of New Haven, a Tony-award winning regional theater, has used our top hat to "top off" a costume or two for their stage performances.

Our hand-made custom toppers are available with a fixed crown, but are usually constructed to serve as a true collapsible top hat, and can be made in a range of custom heights on request.

The black satin top hat we sell is the classic collapsible "Opera Hat" from the old days, complete with the "POP!" sound when you open it up.
